Vjosa Shkodra is an attorney at law from Pristina, member of Kosovo Bar Association and member of Kosovo Chamber of Commerce as an arbitrator. Ms. Shkodra has over 20 years of experience, including with international companies and organizations as legal expert, in project management, legal policy formation and advocacy, commercial litigation, civil law including property, procurement and state aid, dispute resolution, competition and regulatory, company formation and administration, merger and acquisition issues, data protection, corporatizations and governance, banking and finance, technology and intellectual property, property and facilities management. Her most recent work includes, advise and represent international and local business clients in relation to international transactions, tax law and other regulatory bodies; energy sector drafting model contracts, gap analysis and tendering models; intellectual property rights for the clients from the countries in the region and Europe; legal work for commercial banks and legal work and advise to international companies operating in Kosovo.
Dr. Njomëza Zejnullahu is a Partner within our company, member of Kosovo Bar Association, Arbitration Tribunal in American Chamber of Commerce and Kosovo Chamber of Commerce. She has around 15 years of experience in economic, commercial, and administrative law in Kosovo. She worked for different government ministries and institutions as well as international organizations and projects as legal advisor. Her experience includes labor law, she is a professor of law lecturing commercial law courses. She has also worked closely with Central Bank of Kosovo in drafting regulations.Her experience also includes insurance law, commercial law, economic law, administrative law, bankruptcy law, data protection, economic sector regulation, alternative dispute resolutionand legal/legislative drafting. Education and professional exams include: Post-Doctoral Studies as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Iowa, College of Law; Doctoral degree in law from the Nova Univerza in Ljubljana (Slovenia); Master of Science in Financial Law from the University of Pristina; Licensed Arbitrator at the Arbitration Centre of American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo and Kosovo Chamber of Commerce; Associate at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
